We are a large white detached house on the main street in the centre of the Village. We are a family run Guest House near Aviemore and within the Cairngorms National Park. We also have a self catering onsite chalet which sleeps up to 6 guests.

The Boathouse Guest House and its onsite self catering chalet, is an ideal base for your stay in the Cairngorms and Aviemore area. We are situated in the centre of the peacefull Village of Boat of Garten (The Osprey Village) and are a short walk from the golf course, a couple of minutes from some beautiful forest walks and five minutes walk from the famous steam railway.

We are a five minute drive to the Osprey Centre, 10-15 minutes from Aviemore and 15-20 minutes from Grantown on Spey. There is plenty to do and see within a short distance of us, such as skiing, walking, climbing, birdwatching, wildlife, whiskey distillers, golf, fishing, shooting , castles and lochs, watersports (canoeing, rafting etc.) wildlife park, reindeer, dog sleding,adventure park and plenty of sight seeing in and around the Cairngorm National Park - the list goes on.
