Located in the rural settlement of Torlundy 3 miles from Fort William, a tranquil, rural setting but not too far from the facilities of the town when you need them. Having your own transport is strongly advised. Free off road parking and High Speed WiFi included.
Our guest house offers comfortable rooms in a modern contemporary way. We make an ideal base from which to explore the Western Highlands. One night is not enough to enjoy the area and we recommend you have your own transport to get the most from your stay with us as public transport is limited and the settlement of Torlundy has no local facilities, everything is in or near Fort William some 2 to 3 miles away.
We want to assure guests that we are taking significant extra steps to reduce risk in relation to COVID-19 and have been accredited with the "Good to Go" standard recognised throughout the UK with regards to our procedures.

Torlundy House is also our home and we are proud to offer a service that is different from hotels, however this does mean that our check in and check out times may be a little different. Our normal check in time is from 4pm to 7pm (16.00hrs to 19.00hrs). Due to the extra protocols being carried out in respect of Housekeeping to ensure we mitigate the risk of COVID as much as we can, we are unable to offer early or late Check in. We also request that guests checking out and guests stopping over leave the house by 10am (10.00hrs) and do not return before 4pm (16.00hrs) to allow us to complete our cleaning protocols whilst practicing safe distancing. This is for your safety as well as ours and we thank guests for their co-operation.
As there is so much to do and see in the area we recommend a stay of 2 or more nights, and from May to September inclusive we normally operate a minimum 2 night stay policy as required by the majority of our guests, as single night availabilty occurs it will show when you check to see if we have a room available. If you don't see what you want when you want it you can always telephone us or send us an email.

A Full Scottish Breakfast is included in our room tariff, using where possible local or Scottish produce and we have been awarded "Taste our Best" status, served in our dining room with fantastic views of Ben Nevis, to set you up for your day of exploring.
Currently we operate a night before order system for breakfasts to reduce as much waste as possible as at this time we cannot retain any food not consumed to eliminate it as a source of coronavirus transmission. This also allows us to offer the freshest cooked breakfast we can, cooked to your order and your selected time.
The menu includes: Cereals, porridge, fresh fruits, juices, yoghurt, bread, toast, preserves, tea and coffee as standard items then you can select from the following for your cooked breakfast: Bacon, sausage, black pudding, mushrooms, tomato, baked beans and eggs.
