Our seasonal menu celebrates beautifully crafted dishes, from Scottish classics like Cullen Skink – a traditional soup of smoked haddock, potatoes, onion and leek – to hearty mains such as Hot Smoked Salmon Potato Hash, served with charred garlic cavolo nero, warm horseradish cream, braised swede and a perfectly poached egg.
