The spires, turrets, towers and statues grab attention as you approach the castle and its links with history, royalty and legends make Glamis one of Scotland's most fascinating attractions. This is a popular place for enjoying a day out and the Victorian Kitchen Restaurant enhances the whole experience.
The restaurant is set within the old castle kitchens amidst a range of 19th Century ovens, stoves and copper pans all carefully restored. It is characteristic of the place, and we like to serve good, hearty, Scottish Fayre! Quality is one of our key ingredients- be it in our homebaking, our range of cakes and scones, our 'Glamis Bridies' or our traditional Sunday roasts. Where possible we use local produce- often including fruits and vegetables from the castle's own garden- with the emphasis on giving our guests a flavour of Scotland.
