Eat, Sleep, Ride
Eat Sleep Ride is a unique, ABRS+ approved charity based in South East Scotland, where horses, nature, and people come together to grow. Located just outside Berwick-upon-Tweed, we offer therapeutic riding, scenic countryside hacks, equine-assisted learning, and hands-on activities with animals and the land. Visitors can explore our sensory garden, meet friendly chickens, or take part in leadership, wellbeing, and youth development programmes. Our peaceful setting includes a solar-powered yurt and event space for community and corporate groups. Whether you’re visiting for a one-off session or a life-changing journey, your support helps us create brighter futures for young people and families facing barriers.
