You are welcomed into the delightful accommodation and to the left you will find the spacious open-plan lounge/diner. This stylish space has a colourful dining area to sit and enjoy an evening meal and a comfortable lounge area making it an ideal spot to relax in front of the TV or watch a film on the DVD. Leading from the dining area into the kitchen with views to the Old Priory the well-equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer washing machine tumble dryer and DeLonghi coffee machine. There is also a door leading out to a small decking area where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Continuing up the next set of stairs to the second floor is the double bedroom with TV (there is some restricted head height due to sloping ceilings). Heading outside to the side of the property you will find a small garden area with views looking onto the picturesque Old Priory and its huge ancient sycamore and elm trees. There is ample off-road parking within the residents parking area in front of the property.
