Four beautiful, mulit-award winning luxurious lodges sleeping from 2 to 6, plus one amazing house sleeping up to 10, all with spacious hot tubs nestled in acres of organic farmland with stunning views across the Lammermiur Hills. Airhouses is just 30 minutes from Edinburgh and the coast, yet you feel a million miles away from it all.
All four Lodges, which sleep from 2 -6 depending on the Lodge, have ample space around them. They were designed for peace and privacy. Super king size beds in all bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms, large living areas with vaulted ceilings and panoramic views, outside terracing. All lodges have their own outside private hot tub. Beautiful white bed linen, luxurious towels, beach towels, dressing gowns and slippers are included as well as a welcome basket, toiletries and 5G WiFi throughout.
The Capercaille House, which sleeps ten is set apart from the rest in its own fenced garden and view across the farm. It has a huge ten person hot tub on the decking areas, two living room areas and a huge breakfasting kitchen complete with range cooker and American style fridge with ice-maker.
The Lodges have a bootroom for outdoor clothes and additional storage available for bikes, fishing rods etc. or bring your own horse. The Capercaille has a spacious utility room.

On our organic farm there is an abundance of wildlife and also our pet animals for your to talk too including donnkeys, alpacas, goats, chickens and pigs. We also provide a circular 3.5 mile treasure trail for adults, children's puzzle trail. mud kitchen, willow den and lots of walks. There is also a PlayDen for the under 7s with lots of books and games in case of a rainy day. We have an onsite honesty shop, and a pop up coffee shop serving locally roasted artisan coffee.
We are very dog friendly. Your dog is very welcome to come and explore, with fenced walks, gated decking areas and a livestick free paddock all designed to keep them safe and for them to have fun.
Off the farm there we are just half an hour from Edinburgh with Edinburgh Castle, the Zoo, the Royal Yacht Britannia, Holyrood Palace, Museums, Castles etc. and in the Scottish Borders, lots of abbeys, castles, stately homes, market towns, quirky shops, great places to eat. There are also some beautiful fishing villages, amazing sandy beaches or a great urban beach at Portobello. The Scottish Borders is also home to many great outdoor pursuit destinations including fishing, cycling, kayaking, climbing, paddleboarding and wild swimming. Don't want to bring your car? Then you can book a mini bus during the booking process to pick you up at Stow Station on the new Borders Railway line from Edinburgh Waverley Station.
We also provide an Online Information Book giving information not only about your lodge, the farm, the surrounding area but also further afield as well. It had lots of tips for day trips and places to eat and drink.
