Allt Beag is a family holiday home sleeping up to 5 guests with a king-size en-suite room, twin room and single room. Parking is available to the front of the property. At the rear of the property there is a ramp and step that leads into the utility room. Inside the property is all on one level. There is a washing machine and storage in the utility room. The oil central heating boiler is housed here too.
From the utility room you will enter the light and spacious kitchen with white units and wooden work surfaces. Lots of room for storing groceries and well equipped with a four ring gas hob and electric oven plus a dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The cottage is open plan connecting the kitchen to a dining area and into the lounge. The lounge area has a TV and DVD player and sofa seating. The family bathroom has shower, bath, toilet and hand basin.
There is a bike rack available outside to bring and store your bikes (bikes and locks not provided). For cyclists, the National Cycle Route 7 begins nearby the property, leading down towards the villages of Balquhidder and Strathyre and along the old viaduct up Glen Ogle towards Killin. The cottage is close to the Lochearnhead village shop, post office and two local hotel/bar/restaurants.
