The Averon Guest House is a friendly, comfortable traditional Scottish Georgian town house in the City Centre of Edinburgh. Parking is free in large secure car park. Continental breakfast included and EV Car charging ports are available. In the evening we offer free Scottish musical entertainment with the owner singing traditional Scottish songs accompanied by videos of Scotland's beautifully scenery.

In Edinburgh’s city centre, Averon Guest House has spacious rooms, free Wi-Fi and free private parking. The Averon is a Georgian townhouse, offering rooms with modern ensuite bathrooms with TVs and tea / coffee facilities. A continental breakfast is provided. We are a 10 minute walk from Princess Street and Edinburgh Old Town and close to Kings Theatre and a range of restaurants. The car park is suitable for cars or standard and large commercial vans. Also, secure parking for motorbikes. Parking is guaranteed and does not need to be booked in advance. The car park is securely locked at night and monitored by CCTV. EV charging ports are available.

In the evening we offer free Scottish musical entertainment with the owner singing traditional Scottish songs accompanied by videos of Scotland's beautifully scenery. The Averon City Centre Guest House is just a 10-minute walk from Edinburgh Castle. Edinburgh International Conference Centre is within a 5-minute walk. You can book tours to the Highlands, Loch Lomond or the City Centre at a discounted price. All the information about bus tours can be found on our website.

Check in – 07:00 to 00:00 on the day of arrival On the day of arrival cars may be parked in the car park any- time after 7am. Guests can arrive any- time after 7am rooms are normally ready at 1 pm and before that guests may leave luggage free of charge. We accept late arrivals and guests are requested to phone us if they attend to arrive after 11pm. There is no extra charge for arriving late. Check Out – 05:30 to 10:30 Guests may continue to use our car park until 10pm on the day of departure. On the day of departure guests may leave luggage in the guest house free of charge.
