Bedroom two with two 3’ zip and link beds which can be set up as a super king double or twin as preferred, wardrobe with drawers beneath, dressing table.
Bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and basin.
OUTSIDE
A small, enclosed walled garden with lawned area and terraced seating area. A table and chairs and charcoal barbecue are provided for outside dining.
Secure shed for storage of bicycles, golf clubs etc.
PARKING
There is on-street parking outside the cottage but no private provision.
BABIES & CHILDREN
A travel cot and highchair are provided.
DOGS
Up to two well-behaved dogs welcome for an additional fee of £20 per stay (for one or two dogs). Dogs should be kept to the downstairs, uncarpeted areas of the property only and are not permitted on the furniture.
GUEST AMENITIES
Bath towels and hand towels are provided for guests along with Arran Aromatics hand soaps and toiletries. A hairdryer is supplied. Beds are made up with Egyptian cotton bed linen and feather duvets and pillows.

Wood burning stove in the sitting room with initial supply of logs provided. Electric central heating throughout.
