We have two spacious apartments available in the centre of Lerwick, tha capital of Shetland.
On the upper level accessed by a staircase, we havea 3 bedroom, 6 person apartment. Accommodation comprises, 2 double and 1 twin bedroom. Modern kitchen/diner with living area, 1 shower room and 1 bathroom with separate shower. Spacious accommodation with access to garden and views over the harbour and main shopping street below.
On the ground level accessed via the garden level, we have our newly renovated 3 bedroom, 6 person apartment. Accommodation comprises, 3 double bedrooms. Modern kitchen/diner/livingroom and bathroom. This level has one step into the apartment and one step in the bathroom, but is on the ground level so accessible for less able guests or those with mobility problems.
Both apartments are furnished to a very high standard with leather sofas, fully double glazed with conservation windows and are heated throughout.
