You’ll be hard pushed to find a lodge that delivers more.
The fabulous outside space features a hot tub with bar surround where you can let you troubles bubble away as you relax by the river. A dedicated al fresco dining area with a BBQ, Pizza Oven, plenty of prep space and a large dining table for everyone to gather around for the evening’s festivities.
When the weather is fine there is plenty of chill out area for everyone to relax outside. Then as the sun starts to set, light the fire pit and gather round for a dram and to swap stories.
The kids will be delighted when they discover Smuggler’s Cove! The shipwreck play area in the garden with swings, slides and a real boat to play in. The garden is private and secure with a lockable gate down to the river. They will have hours of fun while you get some time to relax in the sun.
The inside has been equally well thought out and sits over two levels. The large open plan kitchen, dining & living area sit under a stunning vaulted ceiling.
The kitchen has everything the chef for the night will need - 2 cookers, plenty prep space & space for friends to gather round and keep the chef’s wine glass topped up.
A bespoke bar area has been built using an original whisky barrel, and features both a white wine and a red wine fridge, and plenty of space for mixing cocktails.
The dining & living area are wonderfully bright and airy with a gorgeous new stone built fireplace. The setting for a long evening of good food, great chat, board games and many laughs!
Sleeping Sanctuary
There are 3 bedrooms - 1 Master King Size suite, and 2 Family Rooms. The Master Room is on the first floor and a haven of comfort and luxury to ensure a wonderful night sleep.
The 2 family rooms on the ground floor will delight parents and kids! There is a master bed for the parents, and 2 custom built enclosed wooden bunks for the kids. The bunks have a light and power sockets, so they have their own wee den.
There is a bathroom on each level, a large utility near the entrance and a new hand-built cloakroom space at the front door.
