THE CLOCK TOWER - The Tower view residences include the 19th Century Clock Tower, imaginatively converted to create an open plan lounge with feature arch window on the upper floor that commands magnificent views of the Kinnoull Hills famous Victoria Folly. Recently Refurbished including the instaltion of a new modern bathroom, completeley redecorated, new Tweed curtains and window covererings. the two storey clocktower has a fully fitted kitchen, dining area, cloakroom and twin bed downstairs, the upper level host the main bedroom, lounge, and bathroom.

COACH HOUSE 4 & 5 - are the same size of property mirror image, the entry is on street level and offers 1 double bedroom with a walk in shower, high raised toilet, lower sink with handrails. 1 Twin with ensuite, Fully fitted dinning kitchen and separate utility. On the split level 3 steps down there is 1 Twin Room, Main bathroom with a bath and shower and a spacious lunge with french doors leading onto a private pation with outside seating. Please note due to the 3 steps down to the lounge area this is not suitable for a wheelchair user.
Situated just 2 miles from the heart of Perth and only one hour's journey from Edinburgh & Glasgow. Sleeps a maximum of 6 guests.
