Waterside House is a long established quality Bed and Breakfast and has built up an impressive reputation for returning guests. We offer a choice of comfortable accommodation in 3 double bedrooms with excellent breakfasts and free Wi-Fi throughout the premises. Our B&B is situated on the water front in Ullapool near the harbour and is very convenient if you are taking the ferry to the Isle of Lewis. Why not stay for a few days to absorb the superb scenery of the North Coast 500 which stretches around Wester Ross and northern Sutherland?

Ullapool is a central base for driving north and south to explore this unique landscape, and is an ideal location for enjoying outdoor activities such as hill walking and fishing.

Whatever your holiday plans, Donnie and Fiona extend a warm and friendly welcome to all our guests and offer a relaxed atmosphere which we hope feels like home from home.

Our 3 bedrooms all have magnificent views overlooking the harbour, the shores of Loch Broom and the panorama of the surrounding hills.

From your window, you can also watch local fishing/cruise boats sail in and out of the harbour as well as the ferry arriving and docking from Stornoway. On occasions in the summer months there are also very large cruise ships anchored in the loch opposite our house. You can even watch seals and (if you are lucky enough) otters swimming in the sea from your bedroom window.

We offer a choice of comfortable accommodation in 3 double bedrooms.

All 3 rooms are situated upstairs - one on the first floor and the other two on the top floor and they all have en-suite shower facilites.

All the beds are fitted with Memory visco foam deluxe mattresses and all 3 rooms have wall mounted flat screen TVs with Freesat digital channels. They also have hospitality trays and free wireless Internet access.

There is a no smoking policy throughout the house.

Minimum of 2 nights bookings during the peak season
