Edinburgh & The Lothians is a region bursting with flavour and excellent local produce. From the fresh seafood caught off the Firth of Forth and succulent beef and lamb sourced from the fertile Lothian farmland, to mouth-watering dairy produce and seasonal fruit and vegetables, there’s lots of choice.
