Make sure you free up the next few weekends on your calendar – the annual Wigtown Book Festival is almost upon us!
Taking place from the 28th of September – 7th October, there are over 180 events taking place over the ten day period for both adults and children. The festival is also celebrating the nearby Galloway Forest for being internationally recognised as the UK’s first Dark Sky National Park. To mark the fact, there are a number of events taking place such as a star-gazing supper, twilight batwalk, author talks, visual arts as well as music and fairytales deep in the woods!
