A Trip to Scotland by Mario Feil

Feeling down because it’s a Monday? Not to worry, we’re here to help! Over the weekend I stumbled across a neat video on Vimeo entitled ‘A trip to Scotland’ by German native Mario Feil. Mario visited Scotland a few years back and decided to put together a short video to document his experiences. During the production process, he took over 500 clips – which vary between time-lapse shots of rolling clouds over the highlands, scenes of Scotland’s endless coastlines, stunning shots of our flora and fauna and much more!

During his 10 day visit, Mario made trips to Edinburgh, Glenshee, Huntly and the Isle of Skye which all feature prominently in the video. The end result is truly astonishing and set to an awesome tune, Fisherman’s Blues by Banshee. Hope you enjoy!

You can see more of Mario’s work on Vimeo, or get in touch with him on Twitter.
