Bring your sense of adventure to Scotland where you will find that you can swing through the trees, roll down lush hills, and sail across our golden sands. While having a go at great outdoor activities, you can take in a variety of splendid landscapes, from deep shaded forests to stunning coastlines.

Across the country you’ll find there are a whole range of activity providers and centres where you can try a number of things, from paintballing to quad biking - you can make a day of it!

Explore forests from tens of feet above the ground on one of the many aerial assault courses. It’s a thrilling way to get back to nature as you negotiate ropes, swings, zip wires and perhaps even skateboard on a tree top adventure.

Why not test the accuracy of your shot and have a go at archery, or try paintballing where you need to be fast on your feet as well as a have good aim to take out your opponents. You can experience being propelled down a hill in a huge plastic ball as you try sphereing, rolling at speeds of up to 30 mph.

For a day by the sea with a difference, book a landing yachting session. Feel the ocean’s breeze on your face as the wind carries you across the beach in your sailed contraption. It’s the perfect activity for those wanting to experience all the elegance of sailing without a boat or much water!
