Guests have use of the large gas range cooker, American fridge freezer with water and ice dispenser, wine fridge and even small drop-down television.
Leading on from the kitchen through the doorway is the downstairs shower room and twin bedroom which is available to use at an additional cost. Along from there is the utility room with utility sink and combi washing machine and dryer. At the rear of the house is the south facing conservatory which is bathed in the morning sun making it the ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee. The rear patio and mature gardens are accessed though the conservatory.
Up the stairs are the three main bedrooms including the master suite. This stunning room is front facing with a lovely bay window offering superb elevated sea views. Comprising of a king size bed, grand wardrobe and a selection of drawers offering plenty of storage options for guests to use.
