Guests enter the grounds into a shared drive and parking area and the apartment is accessed through the rear of the house. The rear of the property is accessed through a wooden gate and the entrance to the apartment is directly ahead. The garden seen to the right is exclusive to the apartment and available for guests to use.
Entering the apartment is through the enclosed porch and there are two doors leading into the house. Once inside, the entire apartment is all one level. Starting at the far end of the property there is a good size working kitchen which is fully fitted and very well equipped will all modern appliances. Following on from the kitchen is a small cloak room with toilet and wash-hand basin.
Opposite the kitchen guests will find the large living room with dining area.
