Snuggling between East and West Cottages - Southsyde is a simple traditional farm cottage with stunning views over The Tweed Valley.

Standing at the end of their own lane on our family farm, above The River Tweed and downstream from delightful Kelso. You can see for miles to The Cheviot Hills in Northumberland and Hume Castle on the northern horizon.

The kitchen, bathroom and sitting room with a cosy open fire are all downstairs.Small and secluded, the south facing garden is reached through front door in the hall.

Upstairs Southsyde can sleep four, in two bed rooms, which can be prepared as twins or super-kings.

A Couple's Discount applies - if only one of the bed rooms is used.

Linen, towels, electricty, fuel and Wi-Fi are all included.
