Would you like to see Red squirrels up close? If so why not book a days photography to come along and make the most of our squirrel hide- set in a perfect location to give you the chance to get up close to these charismatic little mammals within a majestic country estate location.

Our Red squirrels rely on a range of woodland habitats, from conifer forest to broadleaf woodland. We are lucky that we can offer both here on Alvie Estate, which means that you can watch the Red Squirrels feed, climb and play in our trees on Alvie Estate situated within the Cairngorm National Park.

You will be met and escorted to the Squirrel Hide and given time to set-up.

Once ready our gamekeepers will put out food for the squirrels and then provide instruction on how to maximse the session.

Available December to March. Please contact office if you want to visit outwith these months.

We also offer accommodation on Alvie Estate as well as Dalraddy Holiday Park.
