The route is found in one of the most beautiful parts of Scotland and has some wonderful views towards the Isle of Jura in the middle section of the trail.
Travelling off-road and over forest and public roads, the route can be hilly at times with some steady climbs. Visitors are rewarded with stunning views over Loch Caol Scotnish, Loch Crinan and the Moine Mhor.
The route starts at Druim-an-Duin car park on the B8025 between Tayvallich and Crinan.
