The route goes through the heart of Knapdale Forest to the small village of Achnamara. The path varies from public and forest roads in one of the most beautiful and remote parts of Scotland, which is home to a wealth of wildlife.
The route begins at the Forestry Commission car park at Dunadry on the B841.
