Our sessions are all about helping you get in to the open water. Based at various loch and river locations within the Galloway & Southern Ayrshire UNESCO Biosphere, they are designed to help you find your way in to the water in a relaxed and safe environment. These sessions are not swimming lessons, you need to be able to swim and be happy treading water.
Experience wide open spaces, wildlife, and nature, which are all part of the wonderful world of open water swimming. With no lane ropes you are free to swim in your own space, and at your own pace.
Open water swimming is linked to many health benefits. These include weight loss, reducing stress levels and depression and increasing energy. Cold water swimming can minimise pain, boost the immune system and improve circulation.
