Join an intimate cruise on Loch Ness for up to 12 guests revealing the splendour of the area and the past 40 years of scientific research into the most famous Loch in the world.
Skipper for the Loch Ness Project, Captain Ali Matheson, is delighted to welcome you on board his vessel “Deepscan”, named after the famous expedition carried out on the Loch in 1987.
This is an intimate cruise on Loch Ness for up to 12 guests revealing the past 40 years of scientific research into the most famous Loch in the world. You can see the splendour of Urquhart Castle and search the depths of Loch Ness on the sonar equipment on board. When you are on board the research vessel Deepscan you have access to the skippers who have helped to learn the secrets of this remarkable body of water.
Cruises depart daily from The Loch Ness Centre on an hourly basis.
