Expertly curated, these tours combine delicious dishes and drinks from welcoming local venues with an engaging itinerary and knowledgeable guidance. As you stroll through the village, your guide will highlight Scottish producers and the connections between Ullapool, the Highlands, and the food and drink we savour. FLAVOURS OF ULLAPOOL (3.5 h, min. 3 people)
We will visit 5 local venues on this tour. One stop is a sit-in meal in a popular local eatery. The other stops are picnic-style outdoors at sites with lovely views. You will get to taste Highland cheeses and charcuterie, tea/coffee/soft drink and cake, a dish of seafood or other goodies with wine/beer/soft drink/water, fish & chips, and a choice of local whisky/gin/beer/cider (the latter can be consumed during the tour or taken home, non-alcoholic options available).
The tour price depends on your group size and starts from £105 per person.
A TASTE OF ULLAPOOL (2 h, min. 2 people)
On this shorter food tour we will visit 3 local venues. All stops are picnic-style al-fresco eating/drinking at scenic spots. You will get a delicious locally baked cake and a refreshing tea or coffee, and finish off the tour with a choice of local whisky/gin/beer/cider (to be consumed on the tour or taken home, non-alcoholic options available) and traditional oatcakes with Scottish cheese. On a morning tour you will enjoy a traditional Scottish pie; during an afternoon tour you will have local fish and chips. Some surprises are in store, too.
The tour price depends on your group size and starts from £60 per person.
For both tours, the maximum size of your group is usually 10 people. For larger groups, we are happy to make special arrangements as well, just contact us.
