1-Day Loch Lomond, The Kelpies & Stirling Castle small group tour

An unforgettable day tour to see some of the greatest sights in Scotland! Travel to the 'Queen of the Lochs' at Loch Lomond, experience the majesty of the Kelpies and stare down on centuries of Scottish history from the walls of Stirling Castle.

Departing Edinburgh, your adventure takes you past the stunning Linlithgow Palace, the birthplace of Scottish royalty, before we stop at the majestic Kelpies. These towering statues, situated at the heart of Helix Park, are the largest statues of horses anywhere in the world and a symbol of Scottish legend and mythology recognized the world over.

Journey on through the stunning Trossachs National Park - known as 'The Highlands in miniature' for its incredible scenery - towards 'The Queen of the Lochs' at Loch Lomond, a scene which has inspired songs, stories, myths and legends. Take a snack beside the shimmering Loch or enjoy an unforgettable Loch Lomond boat cruise.

Travel then to the wonderful town of Aberfoyle for lunch. Settled between Loch Lomond and Loch Katrine, home to The Lady of the Lake, this excellent town, saturated with legend and secrecy, is yours to appreciate.

We venture alongside Doune Castle, the well-known setting for Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Outlander and obviously, Game of Thrones. This little fortress was home to Scottish guests such as Bonnie Prince Charlie and Mary Queen of Scots.

We venture next to Stirling, the magnificent castle at the heart of Scotland, and see and hear the tales of our greatest heroes, William Wallace and Robert the Bruce, who fought their epic battles for independence beneath the very walls of this spectacular medieval structure. See the Wallace Monument, walk over Stirling Bridge itself, explore the castle and bask in the history and legend of this incredible ancient land which unfolds before you from the towering battlements.

Come with us to experience the majestic lands, the lochs and waterfalls, ancient ruins and Roman towns as we take you on an incredible journey through the best and most beautiful places in Scotland.
