Set in Tarbet, 100 yards from Loch Lomondside, this traditional property features a four poster in the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (toilet, bath with shower above). Bedroom two is a family room with bunk bed (double and single above with large adjoining shower room). There is a separate wc off the hall.
Upstairs leads to an open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room. Fully equipped kitchen including washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Dining table and chairs, 2 comfortable sofas and an electric fire. There is wi-fi, Sky tv, dvd and video player with a selection of DVDs, videos, books and games. The property has central heating throughout.

The picturesque village of Tarbet is a perfect base to explore this beautiful area of Scotland. Tarbet has a tea room, post office and hotel only 200 yards away. There is a gricery store and restaurants in Arrochar 2 miles away. Situated in the very heart of the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park, but only 45 minutes from Glasgow Airport and the city centre.
Its quiet and idyllic setting also benefits from easy road and rail access to many of Scotland's most famous sights, from Stirling Castle, Rob Roy Country, Oban or Glencoe to the Harry Potter steam train.
For the more active, a range of water sports can be enjoyed on the loch. Golf, pony trekking and fishing are all available locally. There are also some fantastic walking routes in the surrounding area, from gentle lochside strolls, to more strenuous hill walks, such as an ascent of the mighty Ben Lomond or the famous peaks of Arrochar Alps.
