The surrounding neighbourhood has lots and lots to offer, from famous pubs to boutique clothing to delightful delis and quality coffee shops. A three minute walk takes you to the West End of Princes Street, from here you can see Princes Street Gardens and the magnificent Edinburgh Castle. Nearby is George Street with its many bars, restaurants, designer shops and is just a short five minute walk away. The King's Theatre is 15 minute walk and the Playhouse would be a 30 minute walk along Princes Street. There is a Sainsbury's mini supermarket two minutes from the apartment. A travel guide with local suggestions of what to do when you visit and a list of useful Apps to download to your smartphone will also be available to browse at your leisure. There is also a selection of books which are available for your reading pleasure.

The location of the apartment is within the popular West End area of the city. The public bus and trams provide excellent services to help you navigate around. The nearest airport bus (Airlink 100) leaves every ten minutes and takes approximately half an hour. The tram and bus stop is located less than a three minute walk from the apartment, which is very convenient when arriving by air. The train station of Haymarket is less than a ten minute walk away and Waverley Station is twenty minutes. You can also hire JustEat cycles at the many locations around the city. The location makes it very easy to visit Edinburgh without needing to bring your car!
