Day 1: Arrival in Inverness 

Begin your journey in Inverness, the capital of the Scottish Highlands. Spend the day exploring this charming city, starting with a visit to Inverness Castle. Stroll along the River Ness and visit the Victorian Market for local crafts and souvenirs. In the evening, enjoy traditional Scottish cuisine at a local restaurant. 


Day 2: Loch Ness and Urquhart Castle 

Take a scenic drive to Loch Ness, the legendary home of the Loch Ness Monster. Visit the ruins of Urquhart Castle, perched on the shores of the loch, and enjoy breathtaking views. Join a boat tour for a chance to spot Nessie and take in the tranquil beauty of the water. Return to Inverness for the night.

Travel to the Outer Hebrides, a chain of remote and beautiful islands. From the island of Westray, embark on the world's shortest commercial flight to Papa Westray, lasting just under two minutes. Celebrate this unique experience while enjoying the serene beauty of these islands. Return to your accommodation on the mainland in the evening. 


Day 5: Glencoe and the Highlands 

Drive to Glencoe, famous for its dramatic scenery and historic significance. Walk through the glen and visit the Glencoe Visitor Centre to learn about the area's history and the infamous Glencoe Massacre. Spend the night in Fort William, located at the foot of Ben Nevis, the UK's highest mountain. 


Day 6: Ben Nevis and the Jacobite Steam Train 

Hike or take a cable car for stunning views of Ben Nevis. In the afternoon, board the Jacobite Steam Train, often referred to as the "Hogwarts Express," for a magical journey to Mallaig. Return to Fort William for the night. 


Day 7: Mull and Iona 

Take a ferry to the Isle of Mull and enjoy the island's rugged landscapes and wildlife. Continue to the small, sacred Isle of Iona, known for its historic abbey and tranquil atmosphere. Return to the mainland in the evening and stay in Oban. 


Day 8: Stirling and the Trossachs 

Travel south to Stirling and visit the historic Stirling Castle and the National Wallace Monument. Explore the Trossachs National Park, known as "the Highlands in miniature," with its picturesque lochs and rolling hills. Spend the night in Stirling. 


Day 9: Edinburgh 

Conclude your journey in Edinburgh, Scotland's vibrant capital. Visit the iconic Edinburgh Castle, stroll along the Royal Mile, and explore the city's rich history and architecture. Enjoy a farewell dinner at a traditional Scottish restaurant before departing.
