Stirling, Perthshire & St Andrews: three-day private tour

Immerse yourself in Scottish history and legends: meet Mary, Queen of Scots, powerful clan chiefs and cattle thieves. A private guided tour through most stunning places in central and eastern Scotland will be an adventure you will never forget!

Itinerary:

Day 1:

Our tour begins with a guided visit to the royal court at Stirling Castle and neighbouring Old Town, before we head north to Balquhidder to meet infamous Rob Roy and learn about the Scottish clans. Further up awaits Killin with its picturesque Falls of Dochart and easy access to serene Loch Tay.

Day 2:

The morning tour of Blair Castle gives us a glimpse into the life of some of the most important figures in Scottish history, while later the quiet town of Dunkeld welcomes us with its cosy cafés and nearby Hermitage forest. We spend the rest of the day in Perth, discovering both its history and the stunning nature on its doorstep.

Day 3:

We head east to the seaside and historic town of St Andrews, home of Scotland’s oldest university and birthplace of golf. A coastal route round Kingdom of Fife allows us to stop for some of the best fish and chips in the country and leads us to Dunfermline Abbey – final resting place of the outlaw king Robert the Bruce. Our last stop is South Queensferry, where we marvel over the impressive Forth Bridge.

Let us know if you have any specific interests and needs – we will adapt the tour for you!
