Edinburgh & The Lothians

Edinburgh boasts an impressive four establishments with the coveted Michelin-star award.

Indulge yourself with a fine dining experiences and eat at the restaurant which gave the capital its first Michelin-star. Restaurant Martin Wishart, located in the historic Port of Leith, opened its doors in 1999.

Argyll & The Isles

The Highlands

Chef Charles Lockley of Boath House in Nairn uses only the finest local produce; this is reflected in the restaurant’s wonderful six-course menu, which changes daily. The family-run Kinloch Lodge serves a creative, modern and exciting menu, and the dishes often have a traditional twist associated with Scotland's amazing culinary heritage, while The Albannach in Sutherland is Britain’s most northerly Michelin-star restaurant.

The Kingdom of Fife

Fife is home to two restaurants that enjoy the coveted Michelin-star status. Sangster’s in Elie offers mouth-watering seafood dishes, while the Peat Inn by St Andrews prides itself on using the very best in local and seasonal produce and is credited with sparking the revival of interest in Scots cuisine three decades ago.

Loch Lomond
