The Pommery Champagne Café Bar is a must-visit festival venue for both Edinburgh visitors and locals. So, during the day, you can relax with some seriously good coffee and a home-made slice of cake or light-as-a-feather scone; or you could indulge in our luxurious champagne afternoon tea for two, plied with a tempting tower of sweet and savoury treats and a glass of perfectly chilled Pommery Brut Royal Champagne– a real show-stopper year after year. Or be tempted by our Pommery Burger and Homemade Wedges, or a decadent, sweet & succulent Whole Fresh Lobster with Garlic aioli & potato wedges, we’ve something for everyone.
As the sun goes down, the Pommery Bar is transformed into an evening venue with stunning lighting and converts into an inviting, intimate and seductive space. Elegant and atmospheric, it’s an experience not to be missed, just like the star attraction of our menu this year: whole lobster with home-made wedges, which we think is just about the best combination ever
Our pop-up Pommery Champagne Café Bar will be at the Signet Library from, 1st until the 25th August, so there are no excuses for not having any time for indulging in some divine food and sipping superb champagne! So whether it’s a lovely afternoon with Mum, meeting with a client or a fabulous night out with your friends, the Pommery Bar is definitely the place to be seen this summer in Edinburgh.
