Glencoe

Gateway to the Highlands

Day tour showing all of the best attractions and scenic locations from Glasgow/ Edinburgh to Inverness. Tours for groups 1-8 people.

On your day trip, our friendly driver will show you through some of the most beautiful and dramatic landscapes Scotland has to offer. Our driver will pick you up directly from your accommodation at 8:00am and drop you back off at your accommodation around 20:00pm. Your day tour itinerary will be as follows or similar:

Luss

Chocolate box village on the edge of Loch Lomond.

Falls of Falloch

Loch Lomond and the Trossachs is a romantic area with beautiful scenery everywhere. Falls of Falloch is a striking, hidden waterfall.

Glencoe

imposing mountains and valleys which has been carved by glaciers and an ancient volcano. You can stop off at the picturesque Glencoe village to get out and explore and have some lunch.

Fort Augustus

In this charming hamlet you can watch the boats pass by on the impressive Caledonian canal which runs through the centre. Make sure to visit Fort Augustus Abbey.

Loch Ness

Castles and lighthouses are ubiquitous in this serene landscape. A short drive away takes you to the historic and perfectly located Urquhart castle in the small village of Drumnadrochit, which is also perfect for spotting monsters!

Inverness

Capital city to the Highlands where you can stop off for your evening meal.

Pitlochry

This amazing location has many tranquil lochs and forests for you to explore. Make sure to get your photo taken at the striking Queen’s View!

The Kelpies

Culminate your tour here at this spectacular sight best seen in the evening as the equine structures designed by visionary Andy Scott light up with vibrant colour.

Lindsay's Highland Tours are a family run business which provide luxury, private tours for groups of 1-8 people around the Scottish Highland's and Islands. All of our tours can be amended to provide a unique, personalised experience for visitor's journeys, making sure they see as much as possible of the Scotland they wish to see on their tour. We offer sample itineraries to book as well as providing a tailored service. All of our tours include a luxury minivan, chauffeur and tour guide for 12 hours per day, complimentary water, fruit and snacks and free wifi.
