West Highland Line

This world-famous West Highland Line runs from Glasgow to Mallaig via Fort William. Look out for lochs, moorlands and the Glenfinnan Viaduct.

Snow Roads Scenic Route

A leisurely drive through the Cairngorms linking Blairgowrie and Grantown-on-Spey via Braemar, the Snow Roads has spectacular mountain views, moorland, and roadside art installations designed to slow you down.

Kyle Line

Travel from Inverness to the west coast past dramatic Highland scenery on the Kyle Line, a beautiful, uncrowded route to reach Skye by rail.

Borders Railway

Scotland’s newest scenic rail line, the Borders Railway links Edinburgh to Tweedbank. Enjoy rolling countryside views and explore historic sites like Abbotsford, home of Sir Walter Scott.

Argyll Coastal Route

North East 250
