Inverness to Applecross & Torridon

The Applecross Peninsula on the North West coast of Scotland takes you through some of the most remote and dramatic routes in the highlands. This is a private tour for your group, no more overcrowded buses.

make sure you have your camera handy. A short lunch stop at Applecross then onto the Torridon mountain range.

Extremely isolated, Applecross was only accessible by boat until the early 20th century, and for many years after that the only road access was over one of Scotland's most notoriously treacherous roads, the Bealach na Ba ('Pass of the Cattle'), which crosses the peninsula and reaches a maximum height of 626 mThere will be plenty of opportunities for some fantastic photo stops along the way.
