Explore the rugged and tranquil landscapes of the Outer Hebrides on an unforgettable adventure to the edge of Great Britain.

Join us for an island-hopping adventure in the Outer Hebrides. We’ll make our way from north to south, visiting all five of the chain’s main islands.

Staying in cozy accommodation and heading out on leisurely, sociable guided walks each day, we’ll truly get the time to appreciate this distant part of the country. We’ll visit some of the islands’ most beautiful sites, and take time to explore local arts and crafts producers, enjoy a dram or two, and indulge in fantastic local fare.

The Outer Hebrides is an island chain far off the western edge of Scotland. Composed of rolling rocky hills, sandy beaches, thousands of lakes and streams, and spectacular coastal walks. Whether you want to stroll along the beach, climb hills, or just enjoy the peace and quiet of these vast islands, there’ll be something here for you on this sociable week of wandering.

In a nutshell:

  • Explore the beautiful Outer Hebrides, island-hopping from north to south, on six jan days of leisurely guided walks.
  • See fabulous local arts and crafts and enjoy local restaurants.
  • Spend the week with a lovely group of fellow outdoors-lovers, with your Large Outdoors host taking care of all the logistics.
  • Relax in comfortable accommodation and let us sort out those ferry connections!
