Day 1 – Accommodation-Kinloch House

Throughout this tour you will witness some of the most breath-taking locations in Scotland, followed by the most incredible fine dining experiences and luxury accommodation. To begin the tour, you will start by meeting your very own, private chauffer. Upon arrival at Edinburgh International Airport and the coming days, you will be driven in one of our brand-new Range Rover Sports.

The first day of your tour will consist of a scenic drive through the Scottish countryside, where you will spend the evening at the welcoming Kinloch House Hotel. This hotel has been loved by many and prided on its ‘Home from Home’ atmosphere. This traditional Scottish country house is a staple of luxury, featuring oak-panelled hallways, grand staircases and a historic portrait gallery, not to mention standing amongst twenty-five acres of woodland. This grand location is packed full of character and charm, combining elegance with informality. You can indulge in the delicious fine cuisine, cooked by an award-winning chef and experience rich flavours of the local Scottish produce. 

Dinner and breakfast are included in your stay, so in the morning you can be sure to re-fuel ready for a grand day of exploring. 

Day 2 – Accommodation-Boath House

In the morning, your driver will be waiting for you at the Kinloch House Hotel, to take you on a wonderful journey to Boath House. Absorb the stunning Scottish landscape as you travel to the stunning, luxury country house that is Boath House. Located in Nairn, Scotland, this historic property is set amongst 22 acres of dazzling gardens and a beautiful lake. With nine unique rooms to choose from, including two cottages, you will surely not be disappointed. Included in your stay is dinner for one night at the award-winning, Michelin Star restaurant where you can experience exceptional service with locally sourced produce. Boath House will be your home for the next two nights.

During your time at Boath House, you will pay a visit to some of the most famous locations nearby. Take a trip to the glorious Cawdor Castle and wander around the wonderful 15th century tower house. From there, move onwards in to the Scottish Highlands to the world famous, Loch Ness. Explore the mysterious 37-kilometre loch for a glimpse of the renowned monster, Nessie. During your time at Loch Ness, you will be able to delve into the abandoned ruins of Urquhart Castle. Sitting alongside the Loch, Urquhart Castle is believed to date back between the 13th and 16th century.

Day 3 – Accommodation-Boath House

Prepare for a day of sightseeing galore. Your driver will meet you at Boath House and take you on a fantastic, chauffer driven experience through Inverness. Witness the beautiful sights of Eilean Donan Castle, situated in the western Highlands of Scotland. This picturesque location frequently appears in many famous movies and offers superb views. Journey onwards, out to the Isle of Skye, where you will witness what makes this location a movie hotspot. Rugged landscapes, beautiful fishing villages and medieval castles, the Isle of Skye has it all. The tour will begin around 9am and run throughout the entire day up until around 6pm.

End your day by returning to the wonderful Boath House Hotel, where you can unwind for the evening. Dinner and breakfast are included in your stay. 

Day 4 – Accommodation- Airds Hotel

On the morning of your fourth day, your private driver will take you to the wonderful Airds Hotel and Restaurant, where you will stay for the coming two nights. Dinner is included for one night of your stay, so you can experience the fine dining cuisine of the restaurant which has been given a recommendation in the Michelin Guide. Located on the shores of Loch Linnhe, this former 18th-century coaching inn has been transformed into an elegant country house hotel. Visitors praise the Airds Hotel for its welcoming, easy-going atmosphere and breath-taking views of Argyll. The boutique hotel has been described as a romantic setting in the west coast of Scotland, where luxury is the very essence of all that is on offer. With magnificent waterfront views, this unique hotel is the perfect location to soak up the incredible beauty of Scotland. Breakfast is included in your stay.

There are many things to see and do on the west coast of Scotland while you stay at the Airds Hotel. From exploring the famous Highlands and Inner Hebridean Islands to arranging boat trips and guided tours. You may choose to take part in an active mountain biking trip or enjoy horse riding through the shores of Loch Linnhe. The Airds Hotel are happy to assist in the arrangements of your trips and activities and can recommend visiting one of the many castles located within driving distance. Day 5 – Accommodation- Airds Hotel

On the morning of day five, you will take the five-minute ferry journey across to the wonderful island of Lismore. Located in the Inner Hebrides of Scotland, this natural beauty is considered to be one of the most fertile islands off of Scotland and offers amazing walking and cycling opportunities. Explore some of Lismore’s unique heritage and culture. The island is also a fantastic place to spot some of Scotland's amazing wildlife, such as Deer, Seals and Razorbills.

Your lunch will be prepared to take with you, courtesy of the Airds Hotel and Restaurant, so you won't have to worry about interrupting your rural adventure. Bike rental is included in your visit so you can make the most of your time exploring the magnificent Scottish landscapes. Your driver will then meet you to take you back to the wonderful Airds Hotel, where you will enjoy a relaxing evening with delicious food. This is just what you need after a day filled with excitement.

Day 6 & Day 7– Accommodation- Glenapp Castle

Your driver will be waiting for you on the morning of day six, to take you to your new location which will be the breath-taking Glenapp Castle. This five-star, luxurious hotel will be your accommodation for the next two nights and is certainly fit for royalty. Located in the Ayrshire countryside, this stunning 19th century castle was transformed into a luxury hotel and restaurant in the early 2000s. Packed full of character and charm, this historic location has been beautifully restored to reflect the same level of elegance and class as it once had. Glenapp Castle offers accommodation with seventeen beautiful guest bedrooms, all have been individually designed with lavish interiors and period furnishings. The hotel itself sits amongst extraordinary gardens and forests, with a wonderful refurbished Victorian tea room located on the outer edge of the famous walled garden.

Over the course of your stay at Glenapp Castle, there is plenty of activities and locations nearby to enjoy. Perhaps you may wish to take part in the wide range of country sports offered by the castle, such as deer stalking, shooting and salmon fishing in the River Stinchar. Other popular tourist locations nearby include the renowned Dumfries House, a Scottish heritage property which was lovingly rescued and restored with its original art and antiques by Prince Charles and his trust. Alternatively, there are a number of fantastic Scottish distilleries located nearby, which is a great place for whiskey enthusiasts to spend their days. However you choose to spend your two days, you can be sure that the Glenapp Castle Hotel is the perfect way to relax and recharge. Breakfast is included in your stay.

Day 8– Accommodation- Roxburghe Hotel

On the morning of day eight, you will be greeted by your private driver once again to move on towards your next destination, the Roxburghe Hotel. Set in the stunning Scottish Borders, this historic location will encourage you to not only relax, but to get outside and enjoy the outdoors. The Roxburghe Hotel is a historic property that has been transformed into a luxury 20-bedroom hotel. Located on the estate you will find a full range of sporting activities, including a championship golf course. A little more than an hour’s drive from Edinburgh, this charming country house is the perfect dwelling for you to relax and unwind in the serenity of the Scottish surroundings.

There is a wide range of activities to take part in while you stay at the Roxburghe Hotel. Whether you seek a quiet retreat, or an adventure filled day, there is a wide selection of opportunities to make the most of your time. Located in the grounds of the SCHLOSS Roxburghe, you will find The Fly-Fishing Centre. Learn to fish in the perfect surroundings as you take in the tranquillity of nature. Perhaps you might prefer to experience the art of Clay Pigeon Shooting, in the beautiful 500-acre parkland beside the River Teviot. For more activity, take part in a cycling trip around some of the number of short cycling trails. The routes will take you through a wonderful journey along the peaceful lanes that pan out over the beautiful region. There is a variety of trails to choose from to suit your level of intensity. Finally, you will return back to the Roxburghe Hotel where you can enjoy a relaxing evening and recharge for the final day of your trip. 

Day 9– Accommodation- Balmoral Hotel

For the final full day of your tour, your chauffer will be waiting for you at the Roxburghe Hotel, to drive you to the Balmoral Hotel in Edinburgh. This award-winning hotel will be your accommodation for the night, so you can spend the day exploring the wonderful city of Edinburgh. The Balmoral Hotel is Edinburgh's most famous, luxurious hotel and has held the title for over one hundred years. Located on Princes Street, the Balmoral’s iconic clock tower is a staple of the hotel’s inspiring service and extraordinary character. You can choose to use the Balmoral as a base from which to explore the magnificent Highlands and Scottish Islands or venture off throughout the historic city. 

The Balmoral is a luxury five-star property, nestled in the heart of the city. The hilly, capital city has a medieval Old Town and a charming Georgian New Town, both packed with activities and landmarks to explore. There are so many things to discover in Edinburgh, for years the city has been renowned for its connections with history, education and art. Visit the famous Edinburgh Castle, that towers over the city. Here, you will get the chance to delve deep into the country’s past, listen to stories of history and feast your eyes on the crown jewels of Scotland that are on display. There is a fantastic variety of fine dining restaurants in Edinburgh for you to enjoy, before heading back to the Balmoral Hotel for the evening.


Day 10- Your Scottish Tour Adventure Will Come To An End

On the morning of day 10, your private driver will be waiting for you outside the Balmoral Hotel as your Scottish tour comes to a close. Your chauffer will take you directly to Edinburgh Airport, so you can relax and reflect on the memories you have made during your trip.
