All combined with the best Whisky from Ardbeg, Lagavulin, Laphroaig, Bowmore, Bruichladdich, Kilchoman, Caol Ila, Ardnahoe, Bunnahabhain Distilleries.

We deconstruct the flavours and mouthfeel of the whisky and create food pairing to compare and contrast with these flavours.

You meet and chat with local people, and as we drive around the island you listen to music from traditional singers and musicians which corresponds with the landscapes.

You’ll hear our songs and music, drink the best Islay whisky and eat delicious local food.

Listen to the sound of the waves and the wind, hear the voices of the birds and animals.

Look at the open views over the island and beyond to the majestic Paps of Jura. On a clear day we can see Ireland to the South, and looking Northwards, away up the West coast of Scotland to Mull, Iona and beyond.
