Border Abbeys Guided Tour
Discover the story of Scotland’s Border Abbeys with award winning storyteller and driver guide Stewart Wilson (Tweed Valley Blogger). Runs all year on selected Saturdays - latest dates available on Eventbrite now.
Step into the heart of Scotland’s Border Abbeys with award‑winning storyteller and driver guide Stewart Wilson (Tweed Valley Blogger). This intimate, small‑group tour (maximum 4 guests only) explores the region’s four great Medieval Abbeys - Melrose, Dryburgh, Kelso, and Jedburgh - with vivid tales of saints, kings, poets and reformers. Along the way, we pause at Scott’s View for one of the most iconic panoramas in Scotland.
Unlike large coach tours, this is a premium shared experience: relaxed pacing, personal storytelling and time to linger at each site. Perfect for day‑trippers from Edinburgh or curious explorers seeking history, depth and atmosphere at a great value price.
