I’ll talk about the local wildlife, Scottish fishing techniques, salmon farming and gastronomy.  You’ll be as well more than welcome to ask about my life – as a French woman - in the Highlands. The walk will end in the city centre. I'll guide you to some famous local shops and recommend you a few seafood restaurants.
