Este recorrido ofrece lo mejor de Perthshire al explorar sus impresionantes paisajes, su fascinante historia y uno de los lugares más influyentes en la historia de Escocia, Scone Palace. Nuestro día comenzará en el lugar de recogida en Edimburgo y partirá rápidamente a las 8:00 a. m. Al cruzar el puente Queens Ferry, tendrá fantásticas vistas de los 3 puentes que cruzan el Firth of Forth, incluido el mundialmente famoso puente Forth Rail. A continuación, viajamos hacia el norte hacia Perth, donde exploraremos la cautivadora Kinnoull Hill. Las ruinas de la torre no son lo que parecen cuando se ven por primera vez. Un lugar donde un soldado del gobierno huía de las fuerzas jacobitas después de la batalla de Killiecrankie. Una vez que haya aprendido sobre los levantamientos jacobitas, volveremos a subir a la camioneta para comenzar nuestro viaje de regreso al sur, pero primero, nuestro viaje se detiene en el impresionante paisaje de Birks of Aberfeldy. En una caminata por la belleza natural prístina, podrá comprender por qué el poeta más famoso de Escocia, Robert "Rabbie" Burns, se inspiró instantáneamente para escribir su poema/canción "The Birks of Aberfeldy". Desde aquí, continuaremos nuestro viaje hacia el sur a través de paisajes espectaculares hasta otro lugar fascinante, el Castillo Huntingtower. Mary Queen of Scots visitó este lugar durante su luna de miel con Lord Darnley. ¡Su hijo James VI estuvo retenido aquí contra su voluntad durante 10 meses!
