Begin your adventure at Ullapool harbour, within the village’s historic area. Soon we head off the beaten track and walk along the enchanting coastline of Loch Broom with wide-open sea and island views, along a charming woodland path next to a beautiful river, and onward into Rhidorroch. Your local experienced guide will entertain you with captivating stories and local folklore and bring Ullapool’s past brilliantly to life. Insights into village life today will be shared as well and you will discover a world-famous geological site, too. The loop halfway up and down Ullapool hill will reward you with breathtaking panoramic views and a feeling of truly being away from it all. On our way back on different tracks, every step will reveal a dramatic tapestry of mountains, sea and sky.
