2 hour boat trips around the Island of Kerrera which is small island with a rich history directly in front of Oban Bay. Local skipper, Jack, will talk about of the surrounding area including the history of the Clans and the wildlife around Oban.
This scenic 2 hour boat trip takes you from Oban, around the island of Kererra. We depart the Oban times slipway daily with local skipper Jack providing a guided tour of the local wildlife and history.
This unique and beautiful trip will take you on a journey through Scotlands history, from clan warfare and 13th century castles to WW2 buildings and TAT1. There is the chance to see 3 castles on this trip: Dunollie castle, Duart castle and Gylen Castle.
We will also be keeping watch for all sorts of wildlife including Seals, White tailed Eagles, Otters, Porpoise, Seabirds and possibly even dolphins and whales!
The boat is fully equipped with an inside and outside seating area available and toilet on board. Please contact us with any questions and queries. Dogs are welcome on all trips!
