The Chivas Experience

- Aberlour Distillery Tour - Lunch at the The Station Hotel, Rothes - Strathisla Distillery Tour - Glenlivet Distillery Tour

Your first stop on this tour will be Aberlour distillery, the home of the famous a'bunadh. There you will go on tour and learn about the process in which the malt is created, including the maturation process which involves the beautiful liquid being matured twice in Olorosso Sherry casks and American Oak barrels. This is a very popular tour and always a favourite with guests.

After your lunch at The Station Hotel in Rothes, we will transport you to Strathisla Distillery, a distillery famed for its beauty, and claimed to be the most beautiful in Speyside. While at the distillery you will be taken on a wonderful tour of the distillery cellars where some of the casks are stored, of which you will taste whisky straight from. This tour is will only be run through the duration of the whisky festival.

And your last stop on the tour will be your the renowned Glenlivet Distillery. On your tour you will learn of the distillery's past, its roots in illicit stills and how that became the foundations to build upon on of the most famous whiskies in Speyside today.

*Tour tickets included within the overall price. Lunch to be paid by guests themselves.

At Speyside Executive Hire we specialise in providing luxury whisky tours. We pride ourselves on the first class service we provide to our clients on Speyside and across Scotland, and on being able to share our knowledge and experiences with our clients whilst touring the local Distilleries. Our tours can be tailored to suit each client and along with the well known tours we also cater for the smaller craft distilleries. Our current fleet of vehicles comprises of 1 x Mercedes Vito Tourer 8 seater, 2 x Mercedes Viano Ambiante 7 seaters and 2 x Mercedes S class L.
