Family run B&B set in the heart of Speyside. Keith lies between the cities of Aberdeen and Inverness. We are perfectly located for your journey along the Malt Whisky Trail and are just a short journey from the spectacular Moray coast.

Appin House is a traditional 19th century scottish house, furnished in a warm and cosy style. We have four spacious comfortable bedrooms, two twin and two double, with en suit shower rooms. Our bedrooms have complimentary Wi-Fi, hospitality beverage tray, hairdryer and TV. We have a comfortable cosy lounge area and a bright breakfast room over looking the garden where you can enjoy a selection of continental and cooked dishes tailored to suit any dietary requirements. There is ample secure off road parking.
