This 2 bedroom chalet has its own private hot tub and is fully furnished with everything you will need for your self catering holiday in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park.
The chalet sleeps up to 4 people. The main bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite WC and shower room with a mains pressure power shower and a walk in wardrobe for your convenience. There is an integrated dressing table with a large mirror.
The second bedroom has twin single beds (which can be pushed together to make a second double room), more storage cupboards and mirror. The second bedroom has exclusive use of the family bathroom equipped with a mains pressure power shower and heated towel rail.
The kitchen has an integrated microwave, washing machine, dish washer and fridge freezer, and is fully equipped with kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans, utensils and various other items. There is a gas cooker with four burners and oven and grill.
There is a separate dining area with seating for 4 people.
The kitchen opens up to the open plan living area with a real effect feature fire. The lounge is equipped flatscreen HD TV, HD Freeview for those nights when you want to relax in front of the fire. The lounge area also has 2 large comfortable sofas and patio doors that lead on to a private deck with outdoor furniture, where you can sit and enjoy the stunning mountain views with a glass of wine. The deck is excellently located to enjoy the sunshine for most of the day and includes an integrated hot tub for your own private use to relax in after a long day.
The chalet is fully insulated, double glazed and has gas central heating throughout. Gas and electricity used during your stay is included in the rental. We do provide a set of towels and dressing gowns for your use.
Aviemore Holiday Park is a 5 minute walk from the village centre, where you can find a supermarket, local butcher and baker. The park itself has fishing included on the Spey within the park boundaries, a children's play area and a Nail and Beauty Salon. The river contatins Salmon, Sea Trout and Brown Trout.
For the more energetic there is an abundance of outdoor sports, from Skiing and Snow Boarding to cycling and walking the Cairngorm National Park offers it all. The village has a vibrant social scene with lots of local bars and restaurants within walking distance of the chalet.
