Enjoy all that Scotland has to offer at an easy pace, without having to book further accommodation. So much of what Dundee,Tayside, Fife,Angus and Perthshire has to offer is only 30 minutes away by car or train.
Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen are all just over an hour away, with excellent bus and train routes.
Or why not nip into town and join one of the bus tours leaving from Dundee

We take our guests allergies and dietry requirements seriously and we are contantly researching ways to make everyones stay with us as comfortable as we can. To that end, all public areas are cleaned using chemical free products. We are also working towards chemical free laundry.

Complementary fresh coffee, a choice of teas, biscuits and local bottled water are available for the whole of your stay. we are happy to replenish the hospitality tray. Just ask.
In your en suite there are large, fluffy bath sheets, complementary eco friendly toiletries and shower caps. (We also have complementary items you may have forgotten to bring with you)
Our comfortable dining room, like the rest of the house, has retained many if its Victorian, period features. Including picture rails and a gorgeous, tiled fireplace. So lovely to have flaming coal and logs crackling away while you eat breakfast on a gloomy winters morning, or a cosy room for you to dine in. This room offers much more than simply somewhere to have breakfast in the morning. The pleasant space is available for the whole of your stay.
There is a comfortable sofa, a Smart TV, DVDs and the large table can be used to play board games or get on with some work. Complementary coffee, a choice of teas, bottled water fresh milk and biscuits are available all day.( If Chef has been baking, there could be cake too) :)
Getting back to breakfast...Our Chef can offer the "Full Scottish"with Vegetarian version. There is Porridge of couse and our continental selection served on a chilled, covered tray. Then there's a choice of breads, fruit and cereal to keep you busy while Chef prepares the hot stuff.
The filter coffee machine comes on automatically at 6.30am, so if you're an early riser and dont feel like making your own, pop down and help yourself and if its a bonny morning, why not take it out to the seating areas in the garden. The front of the house catches the morning sun so well.
