Eday Community Hostel (affiliated to SYHA)
Our Hostel is run by a small volunteer group of ECA, this is an unmanned hostel so guests are able to come and go as they please.
Heating is free of charge.
We are open all year round.
Free internet access and guests have use of a PC.
Beds from £20 Hostel sleeps 16 with dorms, private and family rooms available.
Towels can be provided.
Subsidised Bicycle hire is available
Cost: Adults from £16.50 per night . Accompanied Children from £10
Enclosed camping area situated next to the hostel

Two Caravan Connections are situated next to the hostel on gravel hard standing costing £10 PN incl. all Hostel facilities
Well behaved dogs welcome but by appointment please
There are many walks on our little island and stone age remains including Vinquoy Tomb and the Stone of Setter.
Bird watchers will find this an ideal location for observing the variety of sea birds, owls and rare species of ground nesting birds.
Eday is accessed by a Ro Ro Ferry which runs every day from Kirkwall, details and timetables are published on the Orkney Ferries Website

From the Ferry Terminal at Eday Pier, just follow the main road to the top, turn right and we are about two miles up the road just after the Airport on the left
